Job Responsibilities Include:
- Working knowledge of industrial electrical equipment (including substations, switches, VFDs, MCC, breakers, and bus ducts) and Building Management Systems
- Mechanical ability to understand HVAC, air compressors, air dryers, cooling towers, pumps, plumbing, and piping
- Proficient in facility equipment troubleshooting
- Evaluate and recommend equipment improvements to properly maintain facilities and equipment
- Provide mentorship and team building through work habits, communication, and the sharing of knowledge and expertise; expand and maintain technical expertise through formal and on-the-job training opportunities
- Good written and verbal communication skills; you’ll be working with different levels of staff, from line workers to managers throughout the organization, and contractors
- Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and shutdowns as needed
- Minimum computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and facility-related computer systems
- Self-motivated, creative thinking, and positive attitude
- Completes other duties as assigned
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
- Perform work exposed to weather conditions: heat, cold, wind, rain, snow
- Climb stairs and ladders and work at heights
- Perform work involving twisting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or bending
- Operate forklifts, aerial lifts, cranes, and other powered industrial equipment

Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Two-year Electrical degree or equivalent
- Electrical Journeyman card or three years of Industrial Maintenance experience
