KTH Parts Industries, Inc. has an immediate opening in our Associate Relations Department for an HR Generalist. The successful candidate for this position must have the following:
Scope:
- This candidate will have the opportunity to work in a variety of HR functions – recruitment, wage & benefit, payroll, associate relations, retirement, and policy development.
Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or a related field and/or equivalent related experience;
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, in a team environment, within an open office atmosphere;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and a professional demeanor;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities;
- Highly motivated, strong initiative, and effective time management skills;
- Desire to learn and grow with the company.
